About Zeonix Capital

Middle-market private credit.

Zeonix Capital is a private credit firm focused on disciplined, deal-by-deal financing to U.S. middle-market borrowers.

Overview

A platform built on conviction.

Over the past three years, Zeonix Capital has sourced, underwritten, structured, and funded over $100M across 30 transactions in middle-market private credit, building a track record of disciplined underwriting through multiple credit and rate environments.

Our Approach

Three principles that govern every transaction.

Differentiated
Deal Flow
We source directly. Three years of relationships with sponsors, advisors, and borrowers across U.S. middle markets give us access to opportunities that never surface through conventional intermediary channels.
Specialized
Expertise
Our team concentrates on four sectors where we have direct operating and credit experience: industrials, healthcare, real estate, and services. Financings are structured to fit the cash-flow, regulatory, and collateral dynamics of each.
Prudent
Underwriting
Direct, bilateral engagement with predominantly non-sponsored borrowers keeps pricing and terms intact through origination. Every transaction is anchored by senior-secured collateral, a comprehensive covenant package, and active monitoring through the life of the loan.
